Tournament Schedule

June 11, 2027 · A full day of golf, networking, and celebration

8:00 AM

Arrival & Socializing

Arrive at Widder Station Golf Course. Meet fellow golfers, grab a coffee, and get settled in before the day begins.

9:00 AM

Registration

Check in at the registration desk. Please have your receipt ready. Receive your player information and cart assignment.

10:00 AM

Shotgun Start

All teams begin simultaneously from different holes. 4-person best ball scramble format. Players tee off from the appropriate tee box based on age and gender division.

12:00 PM

Lunch on Course

Hot lunch served on the course. Caesar bar and beer cart available throughout the round.

3:30 PM

Steak Dinner & Awards

Enjoy a steak dinner followed by the awards ceremony. Prize table, 50/50 raffle draw, and social hour to follow.

Tournament Registration

$100/ player

+ HST · 2026 rate — 2027 pricing confirmed at registration

Covers 18 holes, power cart, hot lunch, steak dinner, and entry into every contest.

What to Bring

  • • Golf clubs, balls, tees (no rentals available)
  • • Golf-appropriate attire
  • • Cash for 50/50 raffle ($10/ticket, cash only)
  • • Sunscreen and water

Dress Code

  • • Collared shirts (polo or button-down)
  • • Golf pants, khakis, or tailored shorts
  • • Soft-spike or spikeless golf shoes

Teams of 4 play in a best ball scramble format. All teams begin at 10:00 AM from different holes in a shotgun start. After each shot, the team selects the best ball and all players play their next shot from that spot. Mulligans are not permitted.

Yes. The $10,000 Hole-in-One contest applies to one designated hole, monitored by two staff members at all times. Full contest rules will be posted at the hole.
