Privacy Policy

• Registration details: the buyer's name, email, phone and company, and for each golfer their name, email, phone, company, skill level, team and requested teammates.
• Dietary needs and allergies you choose to share so the venue can prepare meals.
• Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep the order total, what was bought and the payment status.
• Sponsor details: company name, contact, website and the logo you upload.
• Email updates list: your email address and when you gave consent, if you sign up for tournament updates.
• Photos: event photos taken at the tournament and photos guests upload during the event.

• To run the tournament: confirm registrations, organize teams and pairings, prepare meals, check you in, and issue receipts, invoices and refunds.
• To contact you about your registration or sponsorship, including day-of changes such as weather delays.
• To send tournament news, only if you gave us permission (see “Email updates” below).
• To share event photos in our online gallery and on social media.

We don't sell or rent personal information.

We only send newsletters or tournament announcements to people who opted in, for example through the “Get tournament updates” form or the checkbox when registering. Every such email identifies LaSalle Agri Inc. and includes an unsubscribe link that works right away. Emails about an order you placed (confirmations, receipts, day-of logistics) are transactional and are sent regardless.

We use trusted providers who process information on our behalf and only for these purposes:

• Stripe for card payments.
• Resend to deliver confirmation and update emails.
• Google Firebase to store registrations, photos and the email list.
• Vercel to host the website, including privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit statistics.

Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

The public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected without cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for tournament staff using the admin area.

Registration and payment records are kept for as long as needed for the tournament and for tax and accounting obligations (generally up to seven years). Email list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Photos stay in the gallery unless you ask us to remove one.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent to emails, or ask us to remove a photo of you. Golfer details can also be updated any time from the private order link in your confirmation email.
